After being 7+ years with Verizon wireless service, today I am really disappointed the way customer support treated.
Two days ago talked to customer support about an issue and was told that it will be resolved as soon as her supervisor is back from lunch. When I checked my account today the issue is not resolved. I called the support asking an update about the same. Today they are saying they cannot fix it( completely opposite to what I was told just couple of days back). I really want to cancel the service.
