Lately I have had friends call and wonder why it takes me so long to answer. It had rang about 7 or 8 times but I only had one ring. Is that a problem with my iPhone 5 and can it be fixed?

Lately I have had friends call and wonder why it takes me so long to answer. They said it had rang about 7 or 8 times but I only had one ring. Is that a problem with my iPhone 5 and can it be fixed?

It's definitely unusual for your phone to do this. The ring should be about the same on their end, as well as yours. Please try powering off your iPhone, and removing/reinserting the SIM card, and retest the calling. http://vz.to/OeILJo
