When am I going to get my 400$ security deposit back last representative I spoke to told me on the 6th of April put I still haven't seen it what's up?
It will be returned via check within 4-6 weeks to the last known address on file.
However you must have made 12 payments on time every time or you reset the 12 month clock to get that deposit back.
Verizon will take any monies owed to them from that deposit and send you the rest with simple interest.
Verizon does not like to return any money back once they have it so just make sure you stay on them. Or take them to court. If need be.

Like I said you have to stay on them. They don't like to return money just take it.
Hopefully you saved the billing invoice/receipt where you paid a security deposit?
You can view and print invoices back 12 months or more at the My Verizon Web Portal
Good luck, you may have to take them to small claims court.
