My daughters current message usage does not reset at end of billing cycle?
Tulak, This is a very good concern to have. What kind of device does she have? Is she check on the My Verizon Mobile Application? Or is she dialing #DATA? I would love to get more information from you. This way we can find out exactly what is going on. And to make sure she has the update info every month. She has an HTC Thunderbolt. I was checking her usage on My Verizon, under
Manage my family safeguards and controls (under Family Base dashboard,
under controls, under usage limits, messages) where I set her usage
amounts. However her current message usage is not resetting at the
beginning of a new billing cycle!

Tulak, I'm wondering if it's taking just a few extra days to reset, or does it never, ever reset? At the very beginning of a billing cycle, it can take up to five business days for usage to completely reset. SarahO_VZWFollow us on Twitter @VZWSupport
It did finally reset today, however it had not reset before that. I will
keep an eye on it for next cycle. Thanks
