You can get 500 MB for $30 or 250 MB for $15. Just make sure you don't make the change apply until the start of your next billing period.
You can get the 250MB data allowance on single line or Share Everything plans, or 500MB data allowance on the Share Everything (now the More Everything Plan)
Unless of course you are certain that you have not already and will not later exceed either of those allotments prior to the close of the current billing cycle. Otherwise you are just spending money on data you know you will not use.
