I have been a verizon customer for more than 6 months, & i have never been so unhappy with verizon. For the last 3 months its takes about 15-20 min for a rep to answer the call. When i have overages in my bill due to customer service changing plans they are not willing to credit there own mess & on top of that they are not willing to at least drop there prices on there plans. Many phone companies have deals going on except for verizon. they are not willing to go the extra mile for us customers. I have 4 lines, & for EACH line i have paid $125 deposit, my monthly is bill is 276.00 Every month but i get treated as if my money means shit to verizon. I am very disgusted with money hungry verizon. I am on the point of taking my service else where.
