Poor Service/Coverage Area

Dear Verizon,

Can you please improve your network coverage around the south end of Paine Field in Mukilteo, WA?  I work in this location and find that the Verizon coverage is terrible.  The AT&T coverage is great though... I think a couple of coworkers have already switched over...

Also, can you make it easier to report this stuff?

I'm in Packwood Washington (zip code 98361) and the service here is beyond horrible. It isn't even 3G. My smart phone is barely a phone here. 1x extended just is not working at all. Can Verizon please add some more antennas? We are on U.S. Highway 12 which seems to be open more than I90 in the winter. We could really use some better coverage here as could those people who are passing through to the slopes..
