I dropped my phone and it is cracked and doesn't work right , I call to see what I can do , basically nothing , so I ask if they can move my renewal because it is 3 months away , and I am told no, I have been with Verizon since day one when cell phones were in cars , and bags , I have five devices with them, 3 which I updated in Dec and got a tablet . Pay my bill , So Loyality does exist , I work in the car business and know that things can be done for loyal customers , I am amazed that nothing can be done really, So it shows that it is a policy and that cases are not reviewed individually , I am not going to jump ship , But when I am asked what I think about Verizon I will tell them the truth.
