Verizon map vs. 1x and 3G

I pay over $100 a month for my cell phone through Verizon. I travel in my car a lot for either work or play. I use my phone to call or use Spotify, etc., so I use my data plan a lot. The one thing that pisses me off is when I travel from one city to the next in Ohio and I have LTE service at home then on the way to a destination I get 3G, 1x or no service. If Verizon advertises that the whole State of Ohio is red and LTE available, doesn't that mean that the whole state is LTE and not "scant service" throughout the state? I am contemplating a lawsuit over their false advertising over the availability of their LTE service and the problems that I keep having.

Do any of you have the same problem with their data service?

I am sorry to here you're having issues with your service in the mentioned location. The 4G coverage can vary depending on your exact location. Which device do you use? What's the exact zip code you are located in when having these issues?

You can reply using my multiple tickets in which I gave zip codes and cities. Ohh, and BTW I had another trouble ticket opened and they said they would contact me with the results. That was a month ago and I've still heard nothing. So that tells me how much I'm appreciated as a customer and how well Verizon handled my concerns as a consumer.

What advertisement are you referring to? Our 4G footprint is the largest of all carriers, but our map does not display 4G everywhere in the U.S. You can view the 4G map here; http://bit.ly/xVecuo . There are some spots mostly in the southeast side of Ohio that do not display 4G coverage. Is this where you're traveling?

No, not even close. I live in West Central Ohio and I travel to Central Ohio and EVERY TIME I travel I get 1x and 3G service. Even sometimes where I live in Lima, OH. This has been going on for YEARS but I'm still told by Verizon that this is "normal". Nothing like paying over $100 a month for 1x and 3G coverage when your map CLEARLY illustrates that the areas where I travel are SOLID RED. I am contemplating taking legal action of false advertising and baiting and switching consumers by Verizon who are under contract with Verizon since the map and the poor coverage are not the same, in fact it is quite worse. This map makes the consumer believe that the areas in red are 100% LTE which is also 100% FALSE.
