I cancelled my Verizon account over three months ago. Verizon owes me 97$ and has yet to send me my check. They have sent me two "bills" with negative balances on them but still, no check. I hope that I am still gaining interest on the money they owe me!
This is another in the long list of reasons that I do not use Verizon anymore.
