I upgraded to a new iphone on December of 2013. I have called at least 5 times to find out where my $100 paid visa card is that was supposed to come with the order. They "escalate" me and someone is supposed to call me within two weeks. No one ever calls. This is clearly just a scam to get people to order new phones. As a loyal Verizon customer, even tho many plans are much cheaper, I am very disappointed in this and it has forever changed my Verizon image and tarnished their reputation. NOT HAPPY!!!!
