Go into any Apple retail store. They can help you there.
Verizon cannot fix your device. And because of a broken screen cannot replace under warranty. If you have the supplement insurance you can file a claim with Asurion and pay a $169 deductible the web site is http://www.phoneclaim.com
Only if you have paid for that insurance.
