How can I find out how much data I've used?

When looking at my "view usage" section on my verizon there is not a column for data usage.  Instead the usage is listed under the "duration min" column and its just a number... what is that number?  It's not minutes, or Megabytes.  I have no idea how to read this bill.  There should be an "understanding your bill" section somewhere on here.

When I log in to MyVerizon, and click the View my Usage link on the left side of the screen, I see:

Clicking on each of the tabs gives me the information on Minutes, Messages, and Data...  does yours look different?

I just realized you said yo are looking at your bill...  so I pulled up my recent bill and see this, I can then click the tab for Call, Messages, & Data and see the details for each line on my account.

If you can post a screenshot of what your bill looks like (hiding all personal info) maybe I will better understand what you are not seeing?
