This process is called, Assumption Of Liability. With this process it will pick up your number and whatever is left on the contract and move it over to the other person. You can complete this by calling our Assumption Of Liability team at 800-832-4540 Hour of Operation 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m Central Time Monday - Sunday. I hope that this answers any questions for you. jrock1875,That is another good question. Once you remove your number from her account she could always reach out to us to see if we can then save her some money. That would depend on what plan she is on how and what her average usage is per month on the lines that are still in her name. But, we have no problems reviewing that for her. Ok the other thing is when I call to do this will the person whose contract I'm leaving,have to release my number? Sorry to ask so many questions but just wanna make sure I understand everything before I actually do it.
