I called to try and lower my bill. Subsequently I lowered our usage plan and was told since 1 of the phones was out of contract that line charge would be lowered from $40.00 to only 15.00 a month on that phone. When I got my bill it did not show? Called back to be told I was given wrong information and was offered a 20.00 one time credit for my inconvenience. The offer was explained in detail to me over 20 minutes confirming everything so how can that be wrong? I was so happy to be looking forward to a lower bill only to be disappointed and confused. So, am I entitled to a discount on the out of contract phone line or not.
