Why do i get "All Circuits are busy" while on the phone with someone?

i will be on the phone with my girlfriend and randomly get a female automated voice come on the phone and say something along the lines of "All Circuits are busy" then say a number and then auto hang up on her. I could understand if it said that when i go to call, but we were on the phone for more than half an hour when this happened. This has been happening more and more recently and its getting quite annoying. Just wondering if anyone else has been getting this issue or if i'm the only one

Did this start after an app was downloaded? Was a conference call made? What device do you have? Has this happened on other calls?

This started happening maybe a month or 2 after I received the 4.4 update. It never happened before that. No conference calls were made during the calls. I have the Galaxy S4, and yes this has been happening more and more. Worst part is that when it starts doing that automated message, my girlfriend can no longer hear me, and I think she thinks im just hanging up on her =(

That is definitely not good! We want to get this issue resolved. Who is your girlfriends phone provider? Does she also have Verizon? Is it a landline number? Is she the only number that it is happening with? Please advise

My girlfriends cell phone provider is sprint. Not a landline number. But as of yet, hers is the only one im getting this issue with, however, I dont make phone calls that much

Perhaps the issue is coming from her network not yours?
