My Verizon. Yes Verizon has excellent services (cellular) however LOYALTY is not one of the company's finest quality. Long term customers are not appreciated. There are no perks if you have been with the company over 15 yrs like myself or over 20 yrs like my friends and family. I think is simply awful when a customer has shown loyalty to Verizon (over 15 yrs of loyalty) and I have not received the same. Hopefully things get better because if not we will have to deal with dropped calls and bad reception to fill appreciated.
