I just downloaded Verizon Cloud on my LG Spectrum 2. It scans my files and begins "Provisioning Account," but it quits and gives me Error Code 4600. Anyone have a solution to this? Thanks!

This may require advanced troubleshooting but there are some simple potential causes to the problem that we can eliminate. Confirm that you have a data connection. You can do this by simply loading a new webpage. Without a connection to data service that provisioning process would fail.Do you have any future dated orders with Verizon Wireless? Say for example, a future dated order to change the calling plan or add a feature? This would cause the error you are getting. The failure in provisioning would continue until the date of any future dated order unless you cancel the order, add Verizon Cloud, then place the order back on your account.Have you used the Verizon Cloud service before? If so, you want to ensure that you are using the same email address. If you are setting up for the first time, try using a different email during the setup. If none of the above applies, try resetting the Verizon Cloud app: http://vz.to/UErJIA . Power the phone off and back on.
