i was talking to a rep when I upgraded and she said i could get a 30 discount if i talked to someone about my upgrade but she could not do it for me.
she was in sales only.
ok so I had a problem with my phone. it stopped charging 100%. i got a new phone(reconditioned) it did the same thing. then I got a brand new phone and it did the same thing. My grandson is an electrical engineer and told me the phone is bad.
i upgraded and demanded the 30 dollar upgrade fee be subtracted from my bill for my year and a half problems with the batteries...she said you could get it if you talked to someone. i need the email to report it by email. i don't have the patience to wait for a phonecall
