Could not find anywhere else to try and contact VZ to tell them why I left after many years. You would think someone might want to know but apparently not really. I recently went to the local VZ store like many times, to see if I could reduce my bill and get new iPhones. After waiting for 45 mins. the rep - Jessica finally made her way over to us and it was obvious it was reluctant. She was rude and not at all wanting to be bothered with us. I turned to my daughter and said I hope this quickly improves or there will be an issue. The rep rolled her eyes and said "Do we have a problem here" I informed her there would be if I wasn't treated as a customer and shown some respect. The situation never got better and she let me know I had what I could get from VZ. I was defeated and frustrated that we left and ended up across the street at nTelos a regional provider. The guys and customer service there was so over the top that I cancelled all three lines with VZ and moved my business. I hope to never be put in another situation with VZ. I cannot believe how badly I was treated and will never return to that store. Now I a waiting for my contract to expire with VZ home and will be dropping that piece as well. Good bye VZ. You once were a great company that has forgotten about us poor customers out here paying the bills.
