No you can't use a "Blu Dash Music 4.0 phone" on the Verizon Wireless CDMA network. The "Blu Dash Music 4.0 phone" http://m.gsmarena.com/blu_dash_music_4_0-5660.php is a GSM only device. It doesn't support the right radio frequencies and network type used by Verizon Wireless.
