I have had two Motorola phones within six months due to issues with them and about to be three in six months. I do not want another one but will be forced to get one because I'm not eligible for an upgrade or the edge program. It should be made easier to get a phone after you have went through 2 or more of the same model, and have went through tech support and it didn't help. I would gladly extend my contract or go on the edge program or similar. You would think keeping a customer in contract longer or letting them pay monthly but still pay retail would be good for business. I have health problems and need a reliable phone which I do not have now. I may have to look at other services and companies which I don't want to do because I do like the network.
