droid eris won't syn calender with pc outlook

i have installed the htc sync software on my computer and when i start a sync, either from my ohone or pc, everything seems to work correctly. however at the end of the sync, no data is moved from once device to another. i get "0" changes made.

 

any ideas???

I can't help you with that - I don't like the sync, but I just use the Google synch with Outlook. It automatically synch my Outlook and Google calendars every 10-120 minutes so if I put an event on one computer it goes to my phone and vice versa. I also use two computers so it synch both of those as well. The only drawback is I have to keep all my appointments on Google calendar.
