my us cellular S4 says welcome to verizon wireless when using *228 usc says on their end every is fine please help!
Hello tgraser. Thank you for reaching out to us. Chances are that what is occurring is that when you are attempting to activate your phone, you are in a Verizon Wireless coverage area. This means that you are roaming on through Verizon Wireless service. In order to activate your phone, you may need to go to an area that has US Cellular service, as that will allow your phone to connect direct to their tower in order to go through your *228 activation. I was in the store when activating they did a bunch to try to fix it nothing worked. Then the bricked it and told me to restore it. Again didn't work.
I hope US Cellular replaced the phone.
Nope they didn't. I'm stuck given I have a moto x that is perfect I just wanted an s4 like I had on sprint
I would personally prefer the Moto X over the S4 any day.
To small and as much as I love the os I would rather have the s4 problem is that it's not working and no clue why not roaming or anything they get it active on their end everything checks out but when making the test outbound call it says welcome to Verizon wireless
Not to mention the data worked fine but no calls or txts
