This phone on our plan is using over 6GB a month and we do not know why. The largest app we have is using only using 736MB. When talking with customer service they said that it had to be videos and music after the update and that the phone update turned on the higher quality. But his phone does not even get used for videos and music and he hooks it up top wifi whenever he can. Not sure what to do and tired of paying so much more than we want to pay for two phone
