I recently got the Familybase product, and installed the companion app on my daughter's Moto X. I can use the locking/unlocking feature, see what apps she's installed, texts/calls, etc.
However, according to the documentation, it's also supposed to put a name next to each contact when you look at the messaging/call lists. On mine, ALL of them are just showing the phone number, and no descriptive name. I know that my daughter has them as contacts on her phone.
Any ideas?
