Can't transfer contacts and content onto new phone

Why isn't my phone's Backup Assistant Plus app backing up ALL my contacts?  Just a handful of them.

I can't get the Cloud App to open so I can't save my content.  How am I supposed to transfer my contacts

and content onto my new phone if none of these apps work?  So many questions.  I just want to use my

new phone.

Skip using Back-up assistant,  use Google instead it's a whole easier and Quicker for transferring your contacts.

Do this if you have not put your full Google account that was in your old phone into your new phone.. let me know when you got that done..
