I need your Customer Service E-mail address. I'm tired of getting the run around, via the phone and this website. No thank you to "Live Support." There are several issues with my account and I want them documented and fixed by Verizon.
There isn't one. The closest thing is the Direct Message system on this community forum.

Ok, you obviously do have some kind of e-mail because you just wrote an email to me. Here's the problems:
Keep in mind I'm not upset with you, as a person, just the problems & huge headache & back aches Verizon is creating for me.
I changed my Data Allowance several times today and this month because you keep sending me texts telling me I've "almost reached my limit" or am "over my limit."
But guess what? Almost every time I've tried to log into my account and add data GB, Verizon Wireless will NOT pull up on my computer for hours. This has happened NUMEROUS times and only occurs AFTER I get notifications that I need to add more GB. Very suspicious website behavior, to me. (It's in my computers hard drives and can't be denied by Verizon representatives.)
So finally, I'm now looking on my Verizon Wireless Page and it shows I'm nowhere near the 8 Gigabytes I'm now paying for!
So what's the deal? What's the truth? How many GB have we used? Did I just authorize you to bill me for a lot more money than I really need to pay? Is this some kind of scam by Verizon? It sure looks like it.
I have my self and SIX family members that I pay for on this account and I pay your company a LOT of money, out of MY own pocket, for this service.
Also, I just called for some Verizon assistance today and couldn't be properly helped (reference a new phone for my brother-in-law.) I had to figure out the answer myself, sign up for some ridiculous $5 a month family manager type service and an hoping I did it right, because your company will now conveniently not take my phone call about it! How come I'm on hold forever today, when it looks like I need assistance quickly to keep my Data usage under control, but not any other day?
Finally, I'm trying to put my brother in law on this account as an Authorized Manager. The website won't let me do it! It says I have to CALL you. But you won't answer the phone now, so how can I do it?
I'm really, really upset with Verizon right now and I've been a loyal customer for years.
Please write back to me and fix this situation. Don't call me. I'm in terrible pain (due to being disabled) and am too upset to talk right now and I want, in writing, what your company will do to fix this mess. Sincerely Sarah

I need it, too. When I was unable to locate such a thing, I sent mine to executiverelations@verizonwireless.com. Supposedly this is an address for Verizon's executive leadership...
