First I would like to say how upset I am. Even the supervisor I spoke with offered no help..( She told me I was to give 2-3 days for processing before it would "overnight ship") Are you kidding me!!!! I placed a order for a LG tone pro bluetooth headset. I am a trucker and I leave Sunday night. I placed my order Around 2:30pm yesterday ( Saturday )and was told I would receive overnight shipping ( I think that means the next day ). According to FedEx they had the package at 3:12pm. *Free Overnight Shipping when you order online Monday - Friday by 4:00pm. The supervisor asked if I could go to a Verizon store my answer was My asking if Verizon would compensate me for the 2 Hour drive and the fuel as the closest store is 45 miles one way away from me.
Also it just blows me away that the supervisor actually said "you have to give 2-3 days for the order to process before the item is overnight shipped" Are you kidding me.... It's OVERNIGHT SHIPPING!!!!
Am I asking to much ??
Help me please I'm feeling rather screwed over right now...
