How do i block an e-mail address

i have a Samsung Intensity III (not a smart phone)

i blocked the person regular phone # now they are e-mailing my device please help

Are you looking to block text messages you are receiving that are sent from email addresses? There is a way to do that as well. Call & Message Blocking is used to block text messages sent from mobile numbers. To block messages sent from an email address as a text to your mobile you would need to use our Internet Spam Controls: http://vz.to/1mj5Nfv .

Barb1951, we absolutely want the best path to resolution. My apologies for the circumstances. To block email, you will have to contact the email service provider such as gmail, yahoo, or whichever email service you are using.. I do believe you can block text messages sent from email addresses if the OP is receiving them in text message format.
