I have been fighting with Verizon for months now because my parents upgraded our whole account to smart phones and when they did they told the sales lady that they don't know anything about technology (BAD IDEA), let's just say the lady upgraded all of our phones to the pan tech breakout, and this was not even a year ago, phone is garbage, it's over 2years old and runs on gingerbread, sucks! May 4th I have a upgrade on my phone and I called verizon hoping that they would upgrade me a month early, they told me that they only upgrade 30 days early and if I want to get a new device (same model I am having the problems with) they will ship it out, I don't want that junk phone, I want to upgrade early and it's not like its months away, mad, and ready to go somewhere else. I have been a customer for 10 years and they can't work with me, oh I forgot to say how back in December I called verizon trying to get something different without having to pay, and basically they said NO, and I told them when my contract is up I am leaving, the guy told me as a consumer that is your right, really seriously, verizon doesn't care bout there customers, smh, I guess my question is has anyone had any luck with upgrading a few weeks early without any problems?
