Need rollover data for Verizon Wireless!!

Wouldn't it be great if Verizon Wireless allowed you to roll unused data forward to the following month? Or even provide a quarterly payment plan? I am tired of underusing my data budget one month and overusing it the next month. Verizon profits nicely when I go over my data limit. Isn't it only fair that they also credit me if I go under the limit?

Since Verizon and none of the other carriers have offered rollover data, I doubt they will ever offer it. Only one carrier that I know of had rollover minutes and even that had terms and conditions many customers didn't understand or lost banked minutes when they changed their plan.
