How do I get my contacts from Verizon online to my contacts on my phone? These are my only updated contacts and I can not get them to my phone.
The problem here is first Verizon's service is terrible with cloud services. The iPhone if you set it up to sync with icloud will keep those contacts safe to acquire on any I device.

What I did was when I went from an android device to my iPhone I went to Verizon's back up assistant and printed out all my contacts.
I then painstakingly typed each one in icloud and then pushed to my iphones and tablets.
Google also has your contacts and photos from using a droid and when you install gmail you can set it to sync even on an iPhone

There are apps that you can download to Cloud from PC then load app on phone to transfer from Cloud to phone
