I would like to report about service I have been receiving for the past 4 months with customer care. I have been trying to get my $800 deposit back and applied to my bill. I have been told by 4 different people, 4 different things. I am fed up and I'm ready to cancel my contract with Verizon and go to another company, WHICH can provide me the same coverage cheaper than what I'm paying not on 4 lines. I ask for a number or email and I get told to go to myverizon.com/contact us. THAT is not what I want to do. I want to speak to a human being.
