mico usb hdmi cable

I received the Ellipsis7 through the free offer that has turned out to be costly, for me-not only in dollars, but time. I specifically talked to the original Verizon rep and told them that I was interested in the table for two reasons: for my grandson to play education preschool level games and for me to be able to view movies from the tablet to the tv. I was told both could be accomplished with minimal effort. The first tablet I received did not work at all, I now have a second tablet. I have been able to successfully get some games on the tablet for my grandson. I still cannot get the information I need to purchase a cable. Please send me specific instructions as to what type of cable is required and the steps necessary to get the tablet to "talk" to the tv. This weekend I connected a RadioShack "mobile high-definition link (MHL) cable but was unsuccessful.

I'm sad to hear about the trouble you've encounterred getting your Ellipsis 7 to work the way you need to! Are you seeing any error messages when you try to download games for your grandson? Thank you for being in touch. There are no error messages with the games I have downloaded.They are from the tump.com site. In terms of the videos/movies I went to the Redbox site that came with the tablet. Selected a movie, plugged in the cord, switched the tv to hdmi and nothing came up on the tv. I watched the movie on the tablet, which was ok, but not what I had hopped for.

Your efforts are certainly appreciated, johnson902! And again, we regret that they haven't yielded the results you're seeking. I've researched your concerns over the device's ability to send data via a cable to your TV. Unfortunately, the manufacturer doesn't specify the device's capability. While the device can synchronize via USB cable with other devices (like desktop or laptop computers), there's no evidence that a simular function can be accomplished via an adapted HDMI or MHL cable/device.

there's a cable called an OTG or better known as on the go cable that amazon might sell just type in OTG to HDMI and there should be a few there hope this helps
