I don't know what my security code is, nor do I remember making one. Any help?

My Verizon phone is pre-paid and I always go to my nearest Verizon location to add airtime every month. Today when I went to do as I always have, they only accepted cash, I didn't have cash. So, I had to go about it a different way. I tried to add money with my card through calling *611 and a few other numbers that the Verizon worker recommended. Each time it ask for a 4-digit security code. I have no idea what mine is. I have tried things I might have came up with when I made it but nothing is working. Is there anything I can do?

Although we do not have access to pre pay accounts, I would recommend entering the last four digits of your mobile number to see if that goes through. If you continue to have the issue, attempt to contact the pre pay team once more by dialing 888-294-6804 or *611 (send) from your mobile device.
