I have a data plan of 250 MB for my Iphone. And the data usage tracker on my Iphone 5c says that I have used 252 MB but on the online usage alerts say that I have only used 146 MB. Is the online usage alert accurate or is it incorrect?
Hello shai_kim,I know it is important to avoid overage. You can always check your usage by checking your My Verizon or dialing #DATA (3282). Are you set up to receive data usage alerts? These alerts are sent as text messages notifiying you of when you pass thresholds.
