My wife's 5C will not connect to Verizon's Extended Network. My 5C will show "Extended Network" and 3 or 4 dots. Her's shows "Verizon", and no dots, nor will it make or receive calls. This just started a couple days ago. I've reset the network, checked all settings, toggled airplane mode on and then off, turned on data roaming, and turned phone off and on several times. It works fine in the home network, but still will not connect to Verizon's Extended Network, when she leaves the home network. She's only had the phone for 6 weeks. Am I missing something, or should we take it to a Verizon Store?
