@Just wanted to make a comment. I've been with Verizon for over ten years and most of that that time my bill average 130 or better. So image how much i've given them in the past ten years. So why am i manipulated when i call in to get an upgrade. Since March i've talked to several reps that told me conflicting information about prices for phones, plans and data packages. Im switching from unlimited so one rep told me that they can offer me ten gb's for 30 or 40 bucks. I mentioned this to a rep and she said that she has never heard of it. I was given three different prices for upgrading to the galaxy note 3. Back in march i was advised that i could get it free once my upgrade was available whic was two weeks away. Supposedly this manager requested a review on my phone calls with Verizon but he never contacted me to follow up. So im just keeping my old bionic and i will save to buy a phone out right as they say and burn the crap out of my unlimited data package. To top it off, i went to one of the stores to order the phone and he said that he couldn't do anthing because i had a prior debt with verizon even said i would be able to order it online because of that. The truth is within the phone calls and they will see, i was offered crap that wasn't suppose to be offered or someone didn't know what they were doing. I deserve to get an upgrade and keep my originial plan...
