My iPhone 5 can only call out after a soft start and then only once. After, it gives a busy signal and all of my calls go straight to VM. I've had to turn it off and on several times to even receive text messages. I am in the ND/MT/WY market and have not had issues until a month ago. The same issue persists in larger coverage areas as well.
I called service, waited on the line for 45 minutes, to be told we'll let you know. The return call basically said if you reset it to factory settings you should be good.
Not that loyalty matters to you, but I've been a customer for 10 years, overpaying with the rest, but this is absurd. After reading others' comments, it may be time to refocus on the customer.
