I recently upgraded to the S5 and within 2 days it was DOA as the rep put it and I had to take it to a store and have it replaced. Now the one I have now will not recognize my SD card and so I have nothing that I had saved to it. Is there a certain process I need to do for the phone to recognize it maybe? Any help is greatly appreciated!
