Really?

I spent an hour on the phone talking to tech support about the issues with my USB card and. with all options exhausted, they are sending me another - second replacement.

And I could have done that by FB Message???

Sometimes people will need to be on hold and the “music” and ads are terrible. <- PLEASE ADDRESS THIS instead of dodging the issue with some snarky answer like just follow us on Twitter or message on FB. That is not an answer.
