Cannot receive calls, incoming go straight to VM -- just changed service and ported my # to V. All my privacy settings are wide open. I can make calls, send & receive txts, get on the internet and wifi. I spent about an hour on the phone just trying to get service and now this. I can't wait until our Senate passes to cell phone unlock bill,
