very frusterating. I bought a 15$ refill card yesterday, and today I bought a 30$ refill card, and texted the pin number to fill my account with money, but verizon chargered my 20 cents to send the text, and now I have $44.80 on my account, instead 45$ like I should. My plan is unlimited talking/texting+500 mb data. What can I do? customer service is taking forever to answer also.
