So my Galaxy S3 has been slowly dying over the last year. It is now to the point that I can not use it without a bluetooth. In real emergency situations I can not answer my phone unless the blue tooth is with me. Its a real pain. I tried to have it fixed at a shop and they say the microphone is unfixable. The phone is not under warranty and I do not have phone coverage.
Anyways I am available for an upgrade in July but this is just not feasible. Is there anyplace I can buy a used phone? I do not want to re-up my contract with Verizon at this time.
I've tried calling Verizon several times on a land line but I can NEVER get through. I'd use my cell phone but you know its a piece of junk and I can't use it for talking, only texting.
Their live chat does not work either. I'm very frustrated and have been dealing with this for a few months now. Ugh..
