Order pending and Switching Phones

I have a friend that wants to switch phones today. I changed my Account to a lower GB Data plan about a month ago and it said next billing cycle. Can I cancel this? As of now it says I have an order pending still and can't change phones. Could we also just switch SIM cards? He also has Verizon.

We can definitely make sure you get your changes made, joelwilliamson15. The plan change can be paused by Customer Service to give you a chance to swap phones and SIM cards if necessary.
