Why can't I receive or make calls on my iphone 5, only have 1-2 bars very slow service, in Tega Cay SC, this just started yesterday

Starting yesterday my iphone 5 cannot receive or make calls? I only have 0-2 bars, texting seems to work just fine.

bdelangie Your service concerns are important to us. We are not showing any alerts in the area. What happens when you place/receive a call? Do you know of other VZW having issues in the area?

Same area. Same issue. Since Monday I've had issues placing and receiving calls. Some calls do not even ring and when I do connect calls are broken/choppy and drop.
