Why do we have such poor signal stregnth?

I was going to complain about poor signal strength at and around the 46706 zip code area. When I saw a representative tell a costumer to check out other providers makes me think its a waste of time. We had a Casio Ravine and upgraded to Casio Commander 4G LTE. The Ravine signal was so so but usable and the Commando 4G signal is so poor I hope I never need it in an emergence. Inside or outside is the same. Get away from it helps. What can be done to help this on my phone?

Thanks for the additional information. We or any wireless carrier is unable to guarantee service indoors. This could be because of structural interfearence, environmental interfearence, or it could depend on your approximitely to the nearest tower.

When making or receiving a call the sound cuts in or out. This happened before and after I removed and reinstalled the sim card. I removed and installed the sim card from my phone and (not my wife's) to compare the difference. There was no change to my phone. Both phones act the same after my reinstall of my sim card. Calls get dropped, voice cutting in and out, from my phone and my wife's.

Thanks for trying notpleased2. How long have these difficulties been going on? I do see some challenges from a network standpoint in your home zip. Structures in this area will present additional challenges. Have you tested the device outside your home zip or in another state? Each device will respond differently in each area.

Once I leave my home and go a few blocks the signal improves. I don't see how some houses could make that big of a difference. Its not like i'm sitting between 5 story buildings. Every house around here are single story. Would a signal booster help?
