Switching Plans Possible?

I was curious if this scenario is possible before I contact customer care. We currently have the More Everything Unlimited Talk & Text and 1 GB of shared data between 2 smartphones. One line is off contract and the other is on contract until 11/18/2015. Is it possible to pull the off contract phone off the plan and convert the contract phone plan to a Single Line $45 or $60 plan without and fees or contract extensions? Also with going to a single line plan do corporate discounts apply?

I don't believe you'll get a discount on any plan where the data part is less than $35. I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish by having 2 plans instead of one other than you just each want to have your own bill. I'm not sure you'll save money that way.

I am looking at moving one of the accounts away from Verizon. Basically

wanted to know if I can move around the one remaining line without

occurring any penalties.

If the line staying is not the account owner then you need to do an Assumption of Liability. And that person will have to get a credit check. Which will result in either no security deposit, $125 deposit or $400 deposit. But yes they should be able to get either of the 2 plans you mentioned. If they are the current account owner then it shouldn't be any issue to switch. Not sure about the discount.

Is it possible to pull the off contract phone off the plan and convert the contract phone plan to a Single Line $45 or $60 plan without and fees or contract extensions? - Yes, this is possible. Just make sure you make the plan change effective at the beginning of a billing cycle to avoid pro-rating confusion and expense.

Also with going to a single line plan do corporate discounts apply? - As was stated earlier, the discounts apply to the data portion only of the plan, and the already discounted plans and low amount data plans typically do not qualify for employee discounts.
