my phone has no power; no lights; on charger. appears dead
Have you tried to pull the battery out for 5 - 10 mins, what type of phone is this. This will help us, IE: Is battery removable ect..
If the battery isn't removable, have you tried holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds to see if that reboots the phone?
